introduce an electric car on December 12.
Today, Xiaomi has introduced not only
electric cars but also electric scooters.
Named Mijia, this electric scooter is more
portable and cheaper than the company's QiCycle.
At launch on December 15, it will cost
2,000 yuan (290).
Mijia has a range of 30 km with a person
weighing 75 kg.
It has a 280Wh battery (LG 1850 lithium) and a 500W motor that can run the scooter at a speed of 25 km per hour.
The scooter also has regular brake discs (with E-ABS) with regenerative braking (KERS).
Xiaomi has made it in two colors, white and black.
This scooter can be folded in just three seconds.
It weighs 12.5 kilograms or 27.5 pounds.
This electric scooter can be integrated with a smartphone app that can monitor the scooter's speed, battery charging and range.
