Samsung Galaxy F23 5G First Impressions
Samsung seems to be trying to fix its Galaxy F22 (Review) smartphone which has not been used properly since last year with the launch of the Galaxy F23 5G. This new model has a higher initial value, but if you look closely at the specified sheet and you will see major updates. The Galaxy F23 5G is ready for sale in India on March 16 and as we have just acquired our unit, we thought we would take a look at what to expect. |

Samsung also upgraded the rear camera on the Galaxy F23 5Gwith a 50-megapixel sensor. I hope to see better results than the Galaxy F22
host, as its performance in low light has been very disappointing. The Galaxy
F23 5G also has an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a large 2-megapixel rear
camera. Your photos are captured with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
Samsung has been at the forefront of its game when it comes
to the latest launch software, and it's exciting to see the same level of
attention being paid to budget delivery as well. The Galaxy F23 5G runs OneUI
4.1 based on Android 12, and Samsung has promised two years of OS development
and four years of security updates, which is really good.
The price of the Samsung Galaxy F23 5G puts it next to the
Redmi Note 11 Pro and Realme 9 5G Speed Edition. The Galaxy F23 5G is in a
bit more precarious as some offer better compact accessories, including faster
chargers. Can the Galaxy F23 5G bring enough good user experience to make it
worth considering? We will be checking out the performance, cameras and battery
life of the Galaxy F23 5G in the next few days, so don't miss our full update
soon.
The Samsung Galaxy F23 5G has a starting price of Rs. 17,499
different with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which I have. With Rs. 1,000
more, you can get 8GB of RAM and the same amount of storage. The good news is
that internal storage can be expanded thanks to a dedicated microSD slot.
Samsung sent me a Color Green color unit, while the Galaxy
F23 5G is also available with Aqua Blue. Deep green shade is visible only at
certain angles under light and appears almost black at other angles. I have to
say, it looks great and is almost identical to the original design.
The Galaxy F23 5G is a small phone, as it holds a 5,000mAh
battery. Supports fast charging (up to 25W), but charger is not included in the
box. Like Samsung flags, packaging its budget phones is now starting to get
easier. The box has a USB Type-C cable to Type-C only and a SIM extraction
tool.
The Samsung Galaxy F23 5G has a small rear camera bump and
has standard ports and buttons, including a headphone jack. Fingerprint sensor
is connected to the power button. In my short time with this phone, I found the
Galaxy F23 5G free to hold thanks to the rounded sides of the frame.
In terms of design ingenuity, the Galaxy F23 looks like a
budget smartphone with its thick bezels and open chin. In fact, it is not very
different from its predecessor, but the changes are noticeable when you start
using it. The display now has a full HD + resolution and 120Hz resolution, both
better than the Galaxy F22 offered, but this comes at a loss for the AMOLED
panel. The LCD screen on the Galaxy F23 5G is fine, but it doesn't have the
vibrations of Samsung's Super AMOLED displays.
